The College have set attendance awards during the academic year 2011/12 for students who achieve 100% attendance each term. Over 600 students achieved 100% attendance and 4 prizes were available, including one for each of the 3 faculties and 1 for Team Education.

The first draw took place in January for 100% attendance during the autumn term. The students were put into a draw and the 4 winning students have been presented with an iPad each. 

The winners were:

Faculty of Construction Crafts - Joe Farrally studying brickwork

Faculty of Mechanical & Electrical Services - Kieran Simon studying heating and ventilation

Faculty of Higher Education & Construction Management - Emma Garner studying Building Services Engineering

Team Education - Mark Wiltshire

A small lunch time presentation was held, which the students attended with their tutors to celebrate their achievement and receive their prize and certificate. 

In addition to the winners being presented with prizes, all students across the college who achieved 100% attendance last term have received a certificate to recognise their achievement.

The next draw will take place after Easter.
