In this section you will find out everything you need to know about the Faculty of Higher Education and Construction Management (HECM) which offers a wide range of building, construction and engineering higher education courses.

Courses available include Higher Apprenticeships, Higher National Certificates and Diplomas, Foundation Degrees, Degrees and Professional Courses.

The HECM course offering provides plenty of scope to progress your career in Planning, Design, Building Control, Sustainable Construction, Site, Project and Facilities Management as well as Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Estimating, Fire Engineering and Building Services. We are also clear that environmental awareness, sustainable design, development and refurbishment are key to the future of our industry and are therefore part of many aspects of your education and higher level skills development at the College.
