| Entry Requirements | All applicants will complete an assessment. You will need 4 GCSEs at grades A*-C including English, mathematics and science. Students who experience difficulty in distinguishing colours due to their colour vision ability will be subject to a colour vision examination before enrolment onto this course. |

| Course Content | What's it all about? This Electrotechnical Technology Advanced Apprenticeship is available to school leavers, those aged 16-18 and adults. Electricians fit, test and repair electrical installations found in homes and businesses. This could include, fitting consumer units and circuit breakers, connecting wiring to sockets, switches and light fittings and installing fire alarms. Installation electricians follow architects or contractors plans to install new electricity equipment.
