If you require assistance with any matter at any time during your course, you can contact Student Services initially. The office is situated at the North Street Site, on the left just before the entrance to the library.

Specially trained staff act as your first point of contact with the college and can offer you advice, information and practical help on a wide variety of issues, including:

• Admissions
• Equality and Diversity
• Fee waivers
• Learner Support
• Careers information and guidance
• Confidential counselling to help with personal problems or difficulties
• Applications for employment or higher education
• Advice and assistance with the cost of childcare (where available)
• Interview techniques
• Job Search
