Higher Apprenticeship Facts
A higher apprenticeship combines a work-based learning programme with a nationally recognised qualification at level 4 and above.
They offer a different route into professions which have traditionally being filled by graduates.
For apprentices they offer a debt-free alternative to university qualifications and the opportunity to earn while you learn and gain real life industry experience. Most higher apprenticeships lead to permanent technician roles.
Employers benefit by growing a diverse highly skilled and highly valued workforce who can future proof the business.
