What does your job involve?

Working nationally with Transport Planning employers to develop new apprenticeships and recruit apprentices to the companies who will then also attend the college. I work with the employers and students throughout the year ensuring good communication and successful, timely completion of apprenticeships.

What do you like best about your job?

Working with students who are new to the industry and are keen to succeed and progress, and employers who are keen to support them. I like that my role is varied and I get to travel round the UK.
