Recruitment &
Work Placements

We can help you to recruit new members of staff and address skills shortages, whether it is a permanent recruit, an apprentice, long-term work placement or a work experience placement.

Our students are prepared for work with numerous employer engagements, such as site visits, employment talks, projects, career events, competitions and work placements. They have access to Student Support and a dedicated Work Placement Officer to ensure that they are ready for their transition into work.

We have students available for each level: apprenticeship (L2), advanced apprenticeship (L3), higher apprenticeship (L4/5).

We can help you with the selection and recruitment process and can provide services such as:

  • Advertising vacancies
  • Candidate screening
  • Providing access to study programme students
  • Provide interview hosting facilities and support
  • Work trails/experience
