What's it all about?

The course covers the following units:

  • Principles and properties of materials
  • Hot and cold, gas and central heating systems
  • Installation, maintenance and servicing of appliances
  • Gas safety

 


Entry requirements

All applicants will be required to sit and pass an entry assessment.

Applicants must be able to get a variety of work based evidence working along side a Gas Safe Registered engineer.


Further information

If you are aged between 19 to 23 and you have not already achieved a full level 3 qualification, then your course may be free. If you are aged over 19 and have achieved a full level 3 qualification or are aged over 24 you may be eligible for an Advanced Learner Loan from the government to cover your tuition fees.

If you would like to apply for a course, please can you fill in the application form and one of our team will contact you with details on how to complete the assessments. Once you have completed the assessments you will then be given your results and informed if you have been given a place on your chosen course.
