An apprenticeship is ideal if you prefer hands-on learning. You can earn a salary while learning in a way that suits you. You get paid to work in a real job specialising in a field that interests you.
As an apprentice, you gain experience working in a real organisation. You also spend some of your time learning – where we come in - working towards a qualification while following your chosen career path.

Study Programmes
Many students choose to enrol on a full-time study programme at College and then transfer over to an apprenticeship during their first year.

How long is an apprenticeship?
The length of an apprenticeship varies from 18 months to 4 years, depending on various factors like the level of qualification. Check out the apprenticeship training offered at Leeds College of Building for more details.
