School Liaison

We are keen to work with teachers and careers advisors to ensure students are kept up-to-date with any information that could enhance their transition to further or higher education.

We offer your students the chance to speak to current LCB students, find out about the progression and career opportunities available and take part in taster sessions with industry trained staff.

Open Events

We hold a total of 4 open events throughout the academic year. Our open events are the best way to see the College in action, meet our team, tour the workshops, speak to students, learn more about the courses on offer and see the fantastic resources and facilities we have available.

This academic year's open events are held on:

  • Thursday 20 October 5-7pm
  • Saturday 19 November 10am-1pm
  • Thursday 23 February 5-7pm
  • Saturday 20 May 10am-1pm

Skills Academy (14-16 school links)

Our Skills Academy team work closely with local partner schools offering students access to a wide range of work related courses from Year 9 onwards. Courses are delivered both within College and school.
