3 apprentices from the College were shortlisted for the CIHT Yorkshire and the Humber Apprentice of The Year Award 2019.

The award recognises an apprentice or technician who has best demonstrated a positive impact in the field of highways or transportation in the Yorkshire and the Humber region.

The aim of the Award is to celebrate individual excellence in transportation planning and/or civil engineering within the highways or transportation sector.

Industry leaders gathered for the prestigious Yorkshire & the Humber Annual Awards Dinner on Friday 20 September 2019 at the Hilton Hotel, Leeds, they highlighted best practice, professionalism and emerging talent across the industry.

Welcomed by James Leeming, CIHT Yorkshire & the Humber Chair, the guests celebrated the achievements of private and public sector partners in delivering complex projects and individuals who have shown great talent.
