Complaints Procedure

Leeds College of Building is committed to providing a high quality service to students, employers and the wider college community. To support this we actively seek feedback and make every effort to address any concerns that are raised.

To make a formal complaint please email qualityunit@lcb.ac.uk

Any complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days. We will ensure a speedy and courteous response to any complaint about a service or facility we provide. In addition, we use feedback from complaints to improve our service for all our customers
