Construction Site Supervisor HTQ

The Level 4 Site Supervisor course is designed for individuals seeking to take their first step into site leadership roles within the construction industry. This course covers topics such as site supervision & operations, statutory legal requirements and finance management & business.

Building Services Engineering HTQ

This Level 4 course provides a solid foundation for those working in the Building Services Industry.

Construction Site Management Degree Apprenticeship

This degree apprenticeship offers a dynamic route into the construction industry. This course covers topics such as construction planning, construction property law and sustainable construction.

Construction Quantity Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship

In partnership with London South Bank University and with full accreditation for Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), our Level 6 Quantity Surveyor Apprenticeship is available as a 3 year programme.

Building Services Degree Apprenticeship

The candidate will complete a portfolio of evidence which demonstrates that each of the Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours in the Standard, have been met. This online portfolio of evidence will be submitted to CIBSE for use during the professional discussion. Completion of the apprenticeship standard will be confirmed following the satisfactory conclusion of an End Point Assessment.

HTQ in Quantity Surveying Part-time

This Level 4 course provides a solid foundation for those starting a career in quantity surveying. This course covers topics such as quantity surveying practice, construction economics & sustainability and digital applications of construction.

HTQ in Construction Management Part-time
