Entry requirements

A BTEC Extended Diploma, Diploma, Subsidiary Diploma, Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship or one A level, in a relevant subject (maths, science, geography). Alternative qualifications and relevant experience may also be considered.

Due to the specialist nature of this course and the level of study, we may recommend that students start on the level 3 bridging course, which will provide an introduction to construction & the built environment at level 3.

This will be discussed with each applicant when they apply and will be based on their experience and qualifications.

This course is designed to provide progression onto the Higher National Diploma (HND) top-up or a higher apprenticeship top-up. This will also then offer a route to study a top-up degree in architectural technology, surveying, construction management or a related discipline as well as progression to professional body membership.
