Leeds College of Building (LCB) has been nominated in two categories at the Apprenticeship Guide Awards.
The college is up for both the Best College for Apprenticeships Award and the Leadership in Apprenticeships Award.
For nearly 20 years the Apprenticeship Guide has celebrated the employers and training providers who enable their apprentices to flourish.
The Apprenticeship Guide is a comprehensive source of information on apprenticeships across the country.
Roles across both the private and public sectors are advertised in the guide which is an ever-present fixture in schools and colleges nationwide.
Reflecting the jobs market, the guide divides apprenticeships into industry sectors.

Commenting on the nominations, LCB Principal & CEO Nikki Davis said:
“It’s always an honour to be nominated as an apprenticeship provider, it’s something we’re very proud of. We’re also the reigning Construction Apprenticeship College of the Year, so if you want an apprenticeship in our industry – we’re the place to be.
“For this nomination to fall on us during National Apprenticeship week makes it even more special. A big thank you to the Apprenticeship Guide Awards for the recognition.”
The awards ceremony will take place on 30 April 2026 at New Dock Hall in Leeds.
