Course overview

This apprenticeship, which leads to a BSc (Hons) in Commercial Management, is designed for individuals aiming to build a career in quantity surveying and commercial management within the construction industry.

It combines the study of management and business practices specific to construction with key topics such as law, measurement and economics.

The programme offers a broad construction-focused curriculum and equips learners with specialist skills in procurement and financial management for construction projects.

Entry requirements

Applicants should have the following qualifications:

  • An appropriate Level 4 HNC/HTQ or apprenticeship
  • GCSE English (grade 5+)
  • GCSE Maths (grade 5+)
