BSc (hons) Construction Quantity Surveying
This apprenticeship, which leads to a BSc (Hons) in Commercial Management, is designed for individuals aiming to build a career in quantity surveying and commercial management within the construction industry.
It combines the study of management and business practices specific to construction with key topics such as law, measurement and economics.
The programme offers a broad construction-focused curriculum and equips learners with specialist skills in procurement and financial management for construction projects.

Students who complete this course put themselves in a good position for professional advancement in their career. Completing this course will also give you the opportunity to apply for professional membership with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
This Level 4 course provides a solid foundation for those starting a career in quantity surveying. The course covers topics such as measuring & estimating, tendering & procurement and construction economics & sustainability.

This Level 3 NVQ route would be ideal for individuals who do not want to undertake academic studies (i.e. attend college on a weekly basis), but would like to gain a formal qualification.
