Information on travelling to College campuses, including walking, cycling, local transport and car share.
Find out moreAt LCB, we have two main campuses: North Street and South Bank, both are in the city centre.
North Street Campus is our original site. It benefited from £1 million in funding for refurbishment in 2019. Our Painting & Decorating Department moved here, and is now one of the largest training facilities of its kind in the UK.
This site is the base of many of our courses such as BTECs, wall and floor tiling, plastering, and carpentry and joinery. The North Street Campus is also where we teach our students with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). And we run our Football Academy from here for students that wish to gain a Football Coaching qualification alongside their studies.
South Bank is our newest campus. It has two main buildings, the second of which was a £13 million development opened in 2019. Courses such as building services engineering, electrical, gas, plumbing and bricklaying are taught here. This state-of-the-art building offers a range of classrooms and workshops with the latest tech. Our central atrium is even designed as a social space to help you relax and have fun between class.
