Students who complete this course put themselves in a good position for professional advancement in their career. Completing this course will also give you the opportunity to apply for professional membership with the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering (ICE).
This is a Level 4 Civil Engineering Senior Technician apprenticeship.
The candidate will complete an online portfolio of evidence which demonstrates that each of the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours in the Standard, have been met in readiness for the end point assessment. This online portfolio of evidence will be supervised by in-company mentors and LCB assessors.
Completion of the apprenticeship standard will be confirmed following the satisfactory conclusion of an End Point Assessment.
This adult part-time BTEC diploma course covers the design, construction and maintenance of the built environment, including projects such as bridges.
This Level 3 Civil Engineering Technician Apprenticeship is available to anyone aged over 16. Civil engineers are responsible for the design, construction and maintenance of the built environment.
