Interested in developing your football skills whilst studying? You can combine our Level 2 BTEC in Construction & the Built Environment with an introduction to Football Coaching. By the end of the course you can be qualified as a Level 1 Football Coach.
The BTEC Level 2 Certificate in Construction and the Built Environment
This course aims to provide an understanding of the construction industry. This includes construction technology, scientific and mathematical applications for construction, construction and design, construction processes and operations and construction drawing techniques. The course will also include Carpentry & Joinery, Brickwork, Painting & Decorating and Plastering.
Our study programmes include a vocational qualification, Maths and English, work experience and employability skills.

This is an exciting and unique opportunity where students can combine playing football every Wednesday in the ESFA College league, train every Monday by a qualified UEFA B football coach at goals soccer centre, gain a qualification in trade skills and become a level 1 football coach all in one year.
This opportunity also offers players weekly access to JD Gym and to participate in the National citizen programme which you can gain valuable skills and have the chance to go on a summer residential.
5 GCSE's including Maths & English at grade 3 and 3 other subjects with average grade 3.
Your interview will be confirmed after your application has been processed.
After completing this course there are a number of options available; depending on your final grade you could move onto an apprenticeship or the BTEC Level 3.
